KNOWLEDGE SHARING GROUP

Knowledge sharing sessions are designed to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, ideas, skills, experiences and expertise, thereby fostering a culture of learning and cooperation.

Whether internally or with external partners, knowledge sharing is not only beneficial, it is essential. When conducted at the intra-organisational level, these cooperative sessions encourage a flow of information and knowledge between different organisational levels and departments, breaking down silos and improving overall productivity. When implemented at the inter-organisational level, they foster opportunities for new knowledge creation.

A typical knowledge sharing session is structured but flexible. Each session is therefore developed around a target theme for sharing and typically includes 5 steps:

  • Opening

  • Sharing segment

  • Interactive discussion

  • Cooperative activities

  • Conclusion
